Company Admin user have access to information about all transactions made by users associated with their company. These records are read only. If you are unable to access this section and believe that you should, please contact your line manager and/or SpaceAye support to resolve this issue.
If you have any questions about the records in this section, please contact SpaceAye support for further investigation.
Statement
The statement section shows each individual transaction that has been made by users associated with your company. Credit being added to your account will also be shown here. Each record shows:
- The date and time when the transaction occurred. Note: this is the date and time when the order was made, not the date and time the capture of imagery occurred. The credit adjustment is applied at the time of order, not at the time of delivery.
- The amount is the adjustment to your credit balance caused by this transaction.
- a negative adjustment is credit being deducted from your account to pay for a purchase.
- a positive adjustment is credit being added to your account.
- The reason field indicates the reason for this adjustment. Available reasons include:
- Tasking - a purchase of imagery or another service
- Admin TopUp - credit added your account
- Refund - credit refunded to your account due to a failed tasking
- Adjustment - a manual adjustment to your balance by a SpaceAye admin user
- The user displays the email address of the user who made this transaction. This will usually be a user within your own company but may also be a SpaceAye admin user.
- The Balance displays the credit balance of your company after this transaction was completed.
Summary
The Summary section shows an overview of your companies credit usage over the last twelve months. The record for the current month will show the month to date. Each months shows:
- Month - the calender month of this record
- Debits - total of all debits made from your account in that month
- Credits - total of all credits added to your account in that month
- Closing - the closing balance of your account at the end of that month
