Your Orders

The Your Orders section contains all orders made by users in your organisation. In addition to all delivered imagery, this includes both newly tasked and archive imagery that has not yet been delivered. This may be because the imagery is still being processed, or the tasking has not yet been completed.

The order name and time are displayed for each item. Clicking the download button on the right of each button will download a full-size copy of imagery. If the imagery is not yet available, a rotating icon will be displayed in place of the download button.

Clicking an individual item will expand it to display more information:

• Type – Archive or newly tasked image
• Date – date and time when the image was captured
• Ref - the reference name given to the image when it was ordered
• Status – where the order is in the ordering process
  • Created – spaceaye have submitted the order to the satellite provider and we are awaiting its delivery
  • Downloading – spaceaye is in the process of receiving the raw imagery from the satellite provider
  • Processing – spaceaye has received the imagery and we are processing it for your use
  • Available – the imagery has been processed and is available for download
  • ID – the spaceaye ID number for this image
• Details – More detailed information about your order
• Re – order – start a new order using the same Area of Interest as this imagery

A preview of the imagery will also be displayed on the screen. This preview may be a lower resolution than the full image available for download, depending on the exact imagery ordered. Clicking the minus icon at the top left of the Orders section will minimise the list to enable you to view your imagery more easily.
